I looked long last night.
Magnificent attempt at 30-day Drawing challenge day one. This is me.
It’s really sad that I consider showing the world what I look like without make-up, as one of the bravest things I’ve done. But it is. One step closer to my body acceptance. TAKE THAT, SELF-DOUBT, YA BASTARD.
So for those not in ‘the know’, me and Dan have had ‘this thing’ for two or three months. And last night, to my complete and utter shock, he asked me out. ‘WHY?’ I asked. He’s beautiful and funny and clever and I’m just little old lass Charlotte from dirty Donny. He’s such a good egg and makes me grin from ear to ear. So yeah, welcome Dan into life, with open arms. My lover and my best friend*.
